The end connectors are non-swivel and non-rotating, but may be rotated with force, if needed (see video). Perfect for use as a lead-in or leader hose to reduce stress or vibration normally associated with rigid piping.
Note that the outer diameter of a 1/4" male NPT fitting is actually 0.54 inch. So, its outer diameter is about 0.29 inch larger than its ¡°name.¡± NPT fittings are slightly tapered so the 0.54 inch diameter is the diameter in the middle of the threaded portion.
