It is made of double layered rugged, lightweight 600D polyester fabric. It is extra padded on the back for more comfort. The zippered back pocket is perfect for an 8 x 5 writing pad with an outside pocket to hold a cell phone. The 1509 has 3 large outside screwdriver holders along with a metal hammer holder, tool snap, and web tape strap.
