Fits actual inside opening diameters of 20–29 mm (approximately 0.787–1.142 inches). Includes one plug. Measure before ordering. Nominal pipe size differs from actual inside diameter. The #1-5 designation identifies the plug size; it is not a measurement in inches. This plug does not fit an actual 1/2-inch opening. Measure the actual opening, as manufacturing tolerances, internal seams, buildup, and fittings can affect fit. The rubber body has a nylon wingnut, stainless steel bolt, and stainless steel top washer, with no bottom washer. Before tightening, the tapered body measures 15.9 mm (0.626 inch) at the bottom and 27.7 mm (1.091 inches) at the top. The fully expanded diameter is 29.2 mm (1.150 inches); the maximum recommended opening diameter is 29 mm. To install, insert the narrow end into the opening, seat the plug securely, and hand-tighten the wingnut only enough to form a seal. Do not overtighten; excessive tightening can damage the nylon wingnut. Loosen the wingnut before removing the plug.
