Easy to Use: The spring bar is a small stainless steel bar that can be pressed at each end, like a spring. You can just to press one end of the spring bar, and then push it into the hole inside the watch buckle.
Width Selection: Compatible with 18mm width watch strap. Measure width from side to side where the buckle attaches, notice that many watch bands have a taper and are narrower at the end where the buckle attaches than at the end where the watch attaches.
